From proof to doorstep: how custom timelines work

A custom order has four stages: artwork and digital proof, sampling (recommended for new designs), mass production with finished-product inspection, and tracked shipping.

The variable is complexity — a flat printed card moves fast; a suite with laser cutting, foil, hand-tied ribbon and wax seals needs more hands. Send your date early and we plan backwards from it; rush options exist for simple designs.
